Punch Needle is a form of embroidery, worked with a special tool called a Punch Needle that creates loops on the front of the fabric. It is often called "Thread Painting" due to the wonderful detail you are able to create, much like you can with a painting.

How to Use the Embroidery Hoop?

1. Separate the inner and outer frame.

2. Place the outer frame on the flat table, frame face down.

3. Cover the flat embroidered cloth on the outer frame, embroidered face down.

4. Lightly press the inner frame into the outer frame with embroidered cloth together, inner frame face down.

5. Flip the embroidered cloth to feel the tightness, it can be used for embroidery in tight state.

Instructions for Use:

1. Use D-gear to punch.

2. Punch small color blocks first, then largecolor blocks.

3. The oblique side of the needle is forward, and the needle is pressed hard until the needle sticks to the cloth surface.Lift the needle up gently,don' t leave the cloth too high.

4. About distance of punch: pattern less than 5cm in length with 2 holes,3~4 holes in normal pattern and 4~5 holes in background color. Not too short.

5. The pattern on the fabric is drawn with water-soluble ink, and it will disappear after soaking in water for 30 minutes after embroidery.

§1 Zwroty i odstąpienie od umowy
1. Zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 30 maja 2014 r. o prawach konsumenta, Konsument może odstąpić od umowy zawartej na odległość w terminie 14 dni od dnia otrzymania towaru, bez podawania przyczyny.
2. Aby dokonać zwrotu, należy poinformować Sprzedawcę (Monika Wesołowska, dolardrop111@gmail.com) o odstąpieniu od umowy w drodze jednoznacznego oświadczenia (np. e-mailem).
3. Towar należy odesłać niezwłocznie, nie później niż w terminie 14 dni od dnia złożenia oświadczenia o odstąpieniu.
4. Koszt odesłania towaru ponosi Klient.
5. Zwrot płatności następuje niezwłocznie, nie później niż w terminie 14 dni od otrzymania oświadczenia o odstąpieniu, tym samym sposobem płatności, jakiego użył Klient, chyba że Klient wyraźnie zgodzi się na inny sposób zwrotu.
6. Prawo odstąpienia nie przysługuje w przypadku towarów wykonanych na indywidualne zamówienie lub wyraźnie dostosowanych do potrzeb Klienta (np. spersonalizowane schematy haftu z własnym motywem).

§2 Anulowanie zamówienia
Zamówienie można anulować bezpłatnie do momentu jego wysłania przez Sprzedawcę.

§3 Reklamacje
1. Sprzedawca odpowiada wobec Konsumenta za brak zgodności towaru z umową na zasadach określonych w ustawie o prawach konsumenta.
2. Reklamacje należy zgłaszać na adres e-mail: dolardrop111@gmail.com, opisując wadę towaru i oczekiwany sposób rozpatrzenia reklamacji.
3. Sprzedawca rozpatruje reklamację w terminie 14 dni od dnia jej otrzymania.
